Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at Construction Safety Training Ltd understand that unforeseen situations may arise requiring order cancellations. Below is our detailed policy.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at 02045-722-722 or email sales@constructionsafetytraining.co.uk.
CITB Test
- Cancel with at least 72 working hours notice via phone or 4 working days via email. A £16 non-refundable administrative fee applies.
- Reschedule for free with at least 72 working hours notice via phone or 4 working days via email.
- No cancellations or reschedules if less than 72 working hours notice is given. No refunds for no-shows.
CSCS Card
- Once submitted, CSCS cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Refund of £36 only if documents are not submitted within 90 days.
- Full refund if we fail to submit your card within 15 working days after receiving all required documents.
Online/Offline Courses
- Consumer Customers: Cancel at least 10 working days before start date, no portal access, refund minus £100+VAT.
- Business Customers: Cancel at least 10 working days before start date, refund minus £100+VAT.
- No refunds for non-attendance. Re-attendance requires full payment.
- Cancellation within 10 working days: No refund, but replacement allowed for £100+VAT.
NVQs (National Vocational Qualification)
- Cancel before registration: Refund minus £225 admin fee.
- No refunds after official registration.
- Partial refund or deferral in exceptional cases (illness, bereavement) with supporting documents.
- No refund if course is incomplete due to lack of attendance or incomplete assignments.
Note: Refunds will not exceed the original payment amount.
